The crowd seem to be enjoying Koo's choice of entrance music: Kaija Koo - Kuka keksi rakkauden?. Kaija Koo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Koo as he jumps to the side.
Stark fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Koo misses with a two punch combination.
Koo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stark stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
No joy there for Koo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stark fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Stark. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Koo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Koo misses with a wild combination.
Koo throws a head kick but Stark moves out of range.

Stark darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Koo tries to kick Stark off but Stark keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Koo is trying to maintain the position but Stark is very close to passing his half guard.

Stark in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Koo tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Stark!
