The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Force misses.
Abbot slips a jab from Force.
Force fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Abbot manages to avoid it.
Abbot looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Force loads up on a big right hand but Abbot slips the punch.
Force misses with an uppercut. Abbot saw that one coming.
Force thows a body shot but no joy.
Force pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Force swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Force throws a lazy uppercut
and Abbot counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Force throws a hook but Abbot avoids it easily.
Force misses with a right hand
and Abbot counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Force connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Tony Abbot has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Abbot digs a good body shot into Force's ribs.
Force misses with a wild body shot.

Force connects with a right hand. Abbot shakes it off.
Force swings away with a body shot that misses
and Force takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mac Force is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Abbot displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Force throws out the jab.
Force loads up on a big right hand but Abbot slips the punch.
Abbot uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Force.
Force bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Force seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Force is breathing heavily.
Abbot shoots in for a takedown but Force shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A cross from Force lands.
Abbot throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Force has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Force there as he acknowledges the shot.
Force misses with an uppercut. Abbot saw that one coming.

and Abbot lands a stunning uppercut that sends Force to the mat!
Abbot is trying to control. Force wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Abbot in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Force tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Abbot!
