Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Vimes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yusuke Nakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nakamura has chosen Tool - Sober as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Yusuke Nakamura!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Ron Honeybunn.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nakamura scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Vimes sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Nakamura is nestled in close to Vimes, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Nakamura holds on and takes a little breather.

That was a close round but I would say that Samuel Vimes will probably get the nod.

Nakamura is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Vimes screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
