PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Hais (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timmy Nathan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nathan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nathan throws a wild body kick that Hais sees coming a mile off.
Hais shoots in but Nathan avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Hais closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hais trying to mount his opponent but Nathan defends it.

Hais is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Nathan doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hais.
Hais is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Nathan!

Hais wants to finish this one by submission but Nathan is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hais.
Hais will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Nathan tries to hold on but Hais postures up.
Nathan manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Nathan tries to get to full guard but Hais has control of the leg.

Hais is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hais looking for a submission but Nathan manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.

Hais is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Nathan is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Nathan has escaped and now he's on top!

Nathan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hais to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Nathan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hais pulls down on the head and he's put Nathan to sleep! This one is all over!
