Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rowdy Nickoson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Oliver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliver has chosen Enter Sandman-Metallica as his entrance music. The key to victory for Rowdy Nickoson has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Nickoson - just one landing.
Oliver tries for a takedown but Nickoson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nickoson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nickoson wants it to stay on the feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ray Oliver showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nickoson tries to close the distance and clinch but Oliver swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rowdy Nickoson.
