The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pickett slips a jab and a cross from Goon.
A leg kick checked by Pickett.
No joy there for Goon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Goon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Pickett counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Goon is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Goon throws a right hand that Pickett ducks under and follows up with a left that Pickett also avoids with ease.
Goon throws a right and a left that Pickett avoids nicely.
Pickett takes one to the side of the head.
Goon scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Pickett doesn't seem bothered though.

Goon connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Pickett tumbling to the canvas! Goon pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Pickett was done - good stoppage!
