Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robot Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen Nothing Else Matters - Apocalyptica as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Nate Silva enters the ring!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Joe changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Joe works to advance to full mount. Silva defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Joe jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Silva manages to avoid the submission attempt.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silva can do anything to dispel that myth.

Joe closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Joe pushes Silva against the ropes but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The crowd cheers as Silva lands an impressive looking overhand right. Joe doesn't seem phased though.

Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Joe circles away.
Joe takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Joe swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva.
Joe tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Silva swivels and escapes.

Silva fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Joe checks it well.

Joe ducks under a wild hook from Silva.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Joe moves away from the strike by Silva.
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Silva throws a right hand that Joe ducks under and follows up with a left that Joe also avoids with ease.

Joe closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Joe lands in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Joe has control of Silva's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Silva regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Joe has got one arm under Silva's chin. This could be trouble... Silva trying to control the other hand but Joe gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Silva has tapped out! The fight is over!
