Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Thomas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Patroit's Anthem. Bryan has chosen Flight of the Valkyries as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Jackson Thomas has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jackson Thomas seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Bryan!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A big head kick from Bryan and Thomas is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Jackson Thomas has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bryan prevents Thomas from getting back to his feet.
Bryan postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Thomas controls Bryan momentarily but Bryan frees himself.
Bryan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

We're going to have a standup here because Jackson Thomas wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Bryan pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bryan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Thomas can pounce on him.
Thomas cracks a nice hook into Bryan's ribs.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thomas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bryan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bryan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Thomas scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bryan doesn't seem bothered though.
Thomas catches Bryan with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Thomas has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Thomas lands a head kick. Bryan smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Bryan stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Thomas.
Thomas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bryan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Thomas scrambles back to his feet.
Thomas tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bryan was well out of range. Poor timing from Thomas.

Bryan closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Thomas's guard.

Thomas tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bryan wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Bryan lands a big shot there that rocks Thomas but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Oh Thomas is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bryan loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Thomas scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bryan land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bryan stands and salutes the crowd.

In his post fight interview, Daniel Bryan gave a big smile as he said 'YES! YES! YES!'.
The defeated Jackson Thomas had this to say: 'It's at times like this, one must reach deeply into his soul,challenge his heart, feel new courage, endure the fuck pain and say 'FUCK ISLAM AND MOHAMMED WAS A PEDOPHILE''.
