With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tyson Thor!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Marshall. No joy for Thor on that attempt.
Marshall fails with the takedown.
Thor goes for a double leg but Marshall avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Marshall continues to drive forward.

Thor pulls guard.
Thor wants to sweep but no luck.

Marshall is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Elite Training Facility that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Marshall distracts Thor with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Marshall content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Thor is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Marshall is aware though and is defending well.

Thor escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Marshall gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Marshall has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Thor has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Marshall is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Thor.

Layonel Marshall really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Ace of Spades Clothing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
