Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimbo Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neho Kipei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes into the arena with Heaven Shall Burn - Combat blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins clinches up with Kipei and pushes him back against the ropes.
Jenkins misses with a punch to the body.
Kipei goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jenkins prevents it.
Kipei is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jenkins pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Jenkins breaks the clinch.
Kipei shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jenkins defends it nicely.
Jimbo Jenkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Neho Kipei.
Jenkins throws a head kick that misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kipei is defended easily by Jenkins.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Jenkins - that will leave a mark!
Jenkins circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kipei drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Jenkins follows Kipei to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jimbo Jenkins!
A relieved looking Jimbo Jenkins thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
