White comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kova M - Fronta kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White avoids a punch combination nicely.
White gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Herman counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Herman misses with a takedown attempt
and White counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

White has taken the fight to the clinch.

Herman breaks the clinch.

White throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Herman was covering up waiting for the punch and White finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Herman wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

White throws a big elbow that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
White's corner is telling him to maintain position.
White won't allow Herman to get back to his feet.

White stands and throws Herman's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Herman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for White on the ground.
White fails to land a wild elbow strike.

White is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Herman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

White prevents Herman from escaping the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

White fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Herman tries to hold on but White pushes him away.
You get the feeling that Herman really doesn't like being in this position too much.
White drops a big elbow. That's hurt Herman! More shots from White and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
