Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Hank Marvin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Nicklas Berg!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marvin lands a right hook to the body.
Berg showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Marvin.
Marvin gets a clinch.
Marvin breaks from the clinch.
Marvin misses with a takedown attempt - Berg sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Marvin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Berg as he jumps to the side.
Marvin delivers a nice body kick.
Marvin tries to clinch but Berg is having none of it.
Berg goes for a double leg but Marvin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Marvin continues to drive forward.
Berg has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Marvin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Berg walks away with a smile on his face. Marvin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hank Marvin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Marvin defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Berg.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marvin tries to clinch but Berg moves out of range.
Marvin misses with a jab, cross combination.
Marvin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Marvin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Berg closes the distance and clinches.
Berg tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Marvin just stands there and leans against the cage.
Berg jumps guard.
Berg manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Marvin tries to improve his position but instead Berg has taken his back!
You can see the frustration on Marvin's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Marvin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Berg on the ground.
Berg looking to break Marvin's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Marvin remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Berg will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Marvin is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Marvin is trapped and Berg is scoring with shots to the head and body.

Berg is punishing Marvin with strikes - can he finish him?!

Berg is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Marvin is tapping out! This one is all over!
