The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Drago.
Velasquez keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Drago.
Drago misses with a hook. Velasquez ducked under it nicely.
Drago misses with a straight right.
Drago scores with a jab to the jaw.
Drago throws a looping overhand right but Velasquez ducks down to avoid it.
Velasquez pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Drago back to the cage. Velasquez follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Drago might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Drago swats away the attempt to clinch by Velasquez.

Drago drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Velasquez right on the button. Velasquez goes down! Drago follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Drago gets the win via TKO!
