Fratinni is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Fire fly. Rick Fratinni is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fratinni rushes Justice and presses him up against the cage.
Justice taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Justice is trying to drag Fratinni to the mat but Fratinni just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Justice is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Fratinni is defending well for now.

Fratinni's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Justice tries to escape but Fratinni has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Fratinni is trying to stick to Justice's back but Justice is turning into Fratinni. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Fratinni's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Justice.

Justice decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Fratinni, up you get!

Fratinni postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fratinni tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fratinni has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Justice tries to control but Fratinni manages to take his back.

Fratinni really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Justice. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Justice fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fratinni sprawls well initially but Justice persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Justice is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fratinni bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Justice's guard.

Fratinni manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Justice on his heels. He'll look to pass Justice's guard now, I'm sure.

Fratinni feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
