The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hendricks crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rabago - the referee stops the clock and Hendricks gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rabago. Hendricks manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Rabago walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hendricks checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hendricks.
Hendricks is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hendricks closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rabago's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Hendricks drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Rabago manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hendricks has Rabago in his guard.
Rabago tries to free his leg and advance position but Hendricks is retaining full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
