Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Melikov. No joy for Perscription on that attempt.
Melikov scores with a spinning back kick!
Perscription shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Melikov as he avoids it easily.
Perscription keeps the fight on the outside.
Melikov uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Perscription darts in and clinches Melikov up against the cage.
Melikov gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Perscription misses with some punches.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Melikov as Perscription tries to tie him up.
Melikov working hard to break the clinch.
Perscription misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Perscription wants the takedown. Melikov is fighting it off but Perscription persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Melikov's guard against the cage.
Melikov is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Melikov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Perscription. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Perscription drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Perscription seems to have locked his on tight now - Melikov screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Perscription, as he picks up the win!
