I think Sainte Roche might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bob Bissonnette - La machine à scorer. Joris Sainte Roche has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berzins throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Joris Sainte Roche seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Sainte Roche with that takedown attempt.
Sainte Roche tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Berzins swivels and escapes.

Berzins feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Sainte Roche sprawling to the canvas! Sainte Roche rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Berzins finish him?!

Sainte Roche is rocked!

It looks like Joris Sainte Roche has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Berzins engages and cracks Sainte Roche with a massive lead left hook - Sainte Roche tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Berzins is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
