Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chang Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Weidman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weidman has chosen Alab ng Puso-Abra as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins misses with a looping right.
Chris Weidman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Weidman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jenkins, pushing him back against the cage.

Jenkins is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Weidman to keep the fight standing.

and Jenkins makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Weidman darts in and clinches Jenkins up against the cage.
Weidman lands a shot to the body.
Weidman effectively controlling the action here.

Weidman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jenkins circles away from the clinch attempt.

Weidman instigates a clinch.

Jenkins is looking to break free of the clinch but Weidman has double underhooks.
Jenkins tries to pull guard but Weidman holds him up against the cage and eventually Jenkins drops back down to his feet.
Weidman unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jenkins lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Weidman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Weidman closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Weidman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Weidman rushes Jenkins and presses him up against the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Weidman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Weidman instigates a clinch.
Jenkins is trying to drag Weidman to the mat but Weidman just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Weidman stalling.
Jenkins has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Weidman breaks from the clinch.
Jenkins avoids the head kick by Weidman.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A solid leg kick lands there for Weidman.
Jenkins blocks a head kick by Weidman.
Crunch! Weidman slams his shin into Jenkins's torso.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Chang Jenkins's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Weidman creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Weidman throws a right and a left that Jenkins avoids nicely.

Jenkins tries to pull guard but Weidman forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Jenkins gets tackled into the cage by Weidman. Weidman maintains the clinch.
Weidman has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Jenkins is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Weidman gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Weidman has Jenkins pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Jenkins is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Weidman - that's hurt Jenkins badly! Oh, another knee lands and Jenkins is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Jenkins doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Chris Weidman!
