Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carver is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kopi Dangdut. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a few strikes there.
Silva rushes Carver and presses him up against the cage.
Carver is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Silva gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Silva prevents a takedown attempt there.
Silva is pressed up against the cage. Carver has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Silva down to the mat. Silva avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We've been hearing reports that Silva has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Mirko Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesse Carver.
Silva darts in and clinches Carver up against the cage.
Carver is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Silva pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Silva throws a series of punches but Carver avoids them all with ease.
Carver shoots for a takedown but Silva saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Silva works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Silva sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Carver's guard.

Silva wants to pass to mount but Carver is defending the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Silva drives through and clinches with Carver against the cage.
Silva turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Silva wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Carver, who protects the arm well.

Silva tries to move into full mount but can't pass Carver's legs.

Silva is really struggling to control Carver but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Silva working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Carver turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Silva off and cradles Carver's limp body as Silva celebrates with his corner.
