Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freire takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ball connects with a good right hand that stumbles Freire. Freire circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Freire throws a nice looking combination but Ball bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ball will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Freire tries to bum rush Ball with a series of wild strikes but Ball uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ball swats away the attempt to clinch by Freire.
Freire scores with a sloppy right hand. Ball should have avoided that one.
Ball lands a slapping body shot.
Freire misses with the combination.
Freire misses with a double jab
and Ball counters with a right hand to the body.
Freire connects with a single shot there.
Freire rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ball moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ball dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Freire swings for the body but Ball moves out of range.
Ball cracks a nice hook into Freire's ribs.
Freire misses with a wild body shot.
Freire throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Ball counters with a single leg into guard. Freire didn't expect that.
Freire looks winded!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Freire has momentary wrist control but Ball slips an elbow through the middle.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ball is working Freire over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Ball stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Freire swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Freire should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Freire has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ball should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Freire has tightened it up now! Ball should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
