The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trezeguet is looking to score with low kicks.

Shrefick closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Trezeguet just leaning against Shrefick, taking a breather.
Trezeguet is working for takedown but Shrefick is calmly controlling the position for now.
Shrefick misses with a knee to the head.

Shrefick breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Shrefick fails to land with a series of punches.
Trezeguet showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Shrefick.
Shrefick has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Academia Ipanema in the buildup to the fight.

A big head kick from Shrefick and Trezeguet is sent sprawling to the canvas!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shrefick not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Trezeguet is working an open guard so Shrefick takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Trezeguet walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Shrefick looks to land a combination but Trezeguet avoids it well.
Trezeguet feints and then cracks Shrefick's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Shrefick down.
Are you kidding me?! Shrefick ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Trezeguet clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
