The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chiara gets tackled into the cage by Olson. Olson maintains the clinch.
Chiara tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Olson avoids it.
Olson tries to circle away but Chiara has him pinned against the cage.
Chiara fails to pull guard.

Olson pulls guard effortlessly.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Chiara got a little sloppy there for a moment and Olson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chiara has managed to get both his arms back between Olson's legs - danger averted.

Olson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Chiara is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Chiara is fighting to break Olson's control of his arms but Olson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Alessandro Chiara hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Chiara throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Chiara cracks the inside of Olson's front leg.
Olson is breathing heavily.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Chiara.
Olson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Chiara lands a big head kick that sends Olson tumbling to the mat! Chiara takes a step backwards and waves Olson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Alec Olson has been cut.
A nice leg kick lands there from Chiara.
Alessandro Chiara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Chiara - that will leave a mark!

A decent looking body kick lands there for Chiara.
Chiara circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Olson drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Chiara follows Olson to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
