Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gople Pokak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raven Levesque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Levesque has chosen Trigger Hippie - Morcheeba as his entrance music. Raven Levesque has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pokak gets a double leg takedown into Levesque's guard.
Levesque had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pokak defends it easily.
Pokak not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Pokak stands and steps away. Levesque gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Levesque cracks Pokak with an open hand slap.
Pokak drives through with a takedown into guard.
Pokak trying to control the position from guard on top but Levesque is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Levesque really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pokak. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Levesque is pulling down on Pokak's head to control his posture.

Pokak loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Levesque is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Levesque tries to land knees in the clinch but Pokak avoids the damage to the body.
Pokak really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We're going to have a standup here because Gople Pokak wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Levesque shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pokak defends it nicely.
Levesque moves in looking to clinch but Pokak pushes him off.
Pokak slaps away a takedown attempt from Levesque, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Levesque walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pokak checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Pokak bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Pokak has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Levesque!

Pokak has hold of Levesque's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Levesque manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Pokak is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Levesque can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Levesque can do anything to dispel that myth.

Levesque is squirming around, avoiding Pokak's attempts to control the action.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Pokak sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Pokak throws some wild stikes that Levesque manages to avoid easily.

Levesque tries to lock up and control but Pokak gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Levesque fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pokak avoids it really well and circles away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pokak is keen to just control but Levesque is a slippery customer.

Pokak wants to lay and pray for a moment but Levesque keeps working.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Levesque closes the distance and clinches up with Pokak, looking for a takedown. Levesque pushes Pokak against the cage but Pokak circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Levesque stuffs the takedown attempt from Pokak. Pokak gets slowly back to his feet.

Pokak throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Levesque stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Levesque will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Pokak looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Levesque avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Pokak.
Gople Pokak overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Pokak thows a huge punch but Levesque dodges it nicely.
Levesque is staying active underneath Pokak, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Gople Pokak has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
A bone on bone clash there as Pokak blocks the leg kick.
Pokak changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Levesque looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Pokak tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Pokak tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Levesque is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Pokak's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pokak, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
