The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mole moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Silva throws a nice outside leg kick.
No joy there for Silva, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Silva misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Silva falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mole counters with a head kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mole shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mole gets slowly back to his feet.
Mole fails to land the takedown.
Mole ducks under a wild hook from Silva.
Mole dodges the punch combination from Silva.
Mole lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silva circles away quickly and effectively.

A low kick from Mole is predictable there
and Silva counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Mole shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kendall Mole. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mole tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Mole lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mole.
Mole fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.
Silva misses with a straight right.
Mole avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mole on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Mole throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mole tries to clinch but Silva is having none of it.

Mole throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A head kick misses from Mole.
Mole tries to move into range but Silva moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mole goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Silva with a jab.
Mole moves to clinch but Silva breaks away
and Silva counters with a nice body kick.
Mole is breathing heavily.

Silva lands a left and a right that send Mole crashing to the mat, dazed. Silva thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Mole is rocked!
Silva steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Mole is out on his feet! Silva sets himself and nearly takes Mole's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
