Mathers comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Buck cherry kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blockhead tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mathers swivels and escapes.
Mathers shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mathers is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Blockhead doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mathers.
Blockhead is staying active underneath Mathers, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Mathers is trying for a kimura here. Blockhead looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Mathers wins by kimura!
