Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Isaac Savo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Walken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Christopher Walken is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Walken throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Savo checks a leg kick nicely.
Savo tries to clinch up
and Walken makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Savo slips a jab from Walken.
Walken dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Walken lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Savo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Walken counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Savo swings for the body but Walken moves out of range.

and Walken counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Walken fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Savo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Walken moves out of range as Savo strikes.
Walken walks into a straight right hand from Savo.
A nice leg kick lands there from Walken.
Walken misses with a straight left.
Walken throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Savo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walken tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Savo was well out of range. Poor timing from Walken.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Savo looks to clinch
and Walken counters with a two punch combo.
Walken throws a right hand that Savo ducks under and follows up with a left that Savo also avoids with ease.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Savo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Walken can pounce on him.
Walken throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Walken walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Savo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Savo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Walken connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Savo scrambles back to his feet.

and Walken counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Walken attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Savo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Walken finds it's way round the side to connect with Savo's head.
Walken finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Walken throws a looping overhand right but Savo ducks down to avoid it.
Savo tries to clinch there but Walken circles away.
Savo moves in looking to clinch but Walken pushes him off.

Walken connects with a nice looking jab.
Savo tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Walken counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Walken keeps the fight on the outside.
Walken throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A chopping leg kick lands by Walken.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Savo sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Christopher Walken seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Savo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Walken.
Savo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walken jabs Savo right on the nose. Savo blinks but takes it well.
Savo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Walken looks to score with a jab to the body but Savo is just out of range.
Walken misses the shot to the body.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Christopher Walken showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Savo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Walken paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Walken throws a shot from downtown. Savo moves away and avoids it.
Walken looks to land a left hand but Savo moved out of range nicely.

Savo is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Walken has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Savo closes the distance and clinches up with Walken, looking for a takedown. Savo pushes Walken against the cage but Walken circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Isaac Savo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Walken throws a body punch but Savo moves out of range.
Walken fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Walken wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Well Walken has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
