Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Davis Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeffy Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jefferson has chosen Fette's Vette as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Davis Black had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black keeps the fight on the outside.
Black misses the shot to the body.
Black takes a swing at Jefferson's ribcage but misses.
Jefferson tries to clinch up but Black circles away and keeps his distance.

Black closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Black will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jefferson up against the ropes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Jefferson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Black is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Black stalks Jefferson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Jefferson's face. Jefferson staggers backwards, shaken.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jefferson. That's going to slow Black down.

Jefferson wants to stand and escape but Black is having none of it.
Black stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jefferson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jefferson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Black is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jefferson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Black's back instead.

Jefferson is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Black has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Jefferson has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Black taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Jefferson doesn't care though - he's delighted!
