Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Jorge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Makao Matsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jorge's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tropa de Elite. The crowd seem to be enjoying Matsumoto's choice of entrance music: Sepultura - Territory . Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jorge throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Matsumoto connects with a body shot that sends Jorge's belly button to the back.

Jorge closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Jorge tries to score with some ground and pound. Matsumoto controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Jorge looks up at the clock and then as Matsumoto takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Jorge smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Matsumoto isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jorge stacks Matsumoto on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jorge!

That was a close round but I would say that Tiago Jorge will probably get the nod.

Matsumoto sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Tiago Jorge has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Matsumoto is fighting off a takedown attempt but Jorge is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Matsumoto to the mat. Matsumoto regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Jorge is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Matsumoto has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Jorge is looking to defend but Matsumoto has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jorge! Matsumoto pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jorge taps out and this one is all over!
