The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Looney avoids the head kick by Dominguez.
Nice shot lands for Dominguez.
It looks like Bryan Looney has been cut.
Dominguez throws a head kick that misses.
Dominguez misses with a head kick.
Looney throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dominguez cracks Looney on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Looney falls backwards against the cage. Dominguez follows up with more strikes that drop Looney to his knees. Dominguez keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Looney! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chico Dominguez!
After the fight, Chico Dominguez was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
