Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Toby Kensmith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evandro Feanor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kensmith comes to the cage accompanied by ATB - Justify (Club Mix). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Evandro Feanor was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kensmith shoots in and bounces Feanor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kensmith trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Kensmith thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Feanor had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Kensmith is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Feanor Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Kensmith's back instead.
Feanor is trying to stick to Kensmith's back but Kensmith is turning into Feanor. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Feanor's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Kensmith.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kensmith distracts Feanor with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Kensmith drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kensmith jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Kensmith has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kensmith connects with a couple of short punches.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Kensmith drops back looking for a leg! Feanor is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Feanor manages to kick Kensmith off! Kensmith jumps back into Feanor's guard.
Kensmith advances position into side control!
Kensmith scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Feanor to see if he's OK.

Feanor manages to work his way to half guard, despite Kensmith's best efforts.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Feanor doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Kensmith counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Kensmith has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Feanor defend it? Kensmith steps over the head and cranks it - Feanor is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Kensmith!
