Ortiz comes into a darkened arena with his song building. El Demonio De La Tinta kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jonathan Ortiz has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Brock Snickers's chin.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snickers throws a head kick that misses.
Snickers connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ortiz momentarily.
Jonathan Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ortiz slips a jab and a cross from Snickers.
Ortiz will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Snickers uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ortiz.
Ortiz throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ortiz tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
No joy there for Ortiz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Snickers throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ortiz misses with a two punch combination.
Snickers lands with a kick to the temple. Ortiz shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Snickers definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A combination from Ortiz does no damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Snickers lands with a kick to the temple. Ortiz shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Ortiz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Snickers looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Snickers slips under a jab from Ortiz.
Ortiz throws a lazy right hand but Snickers sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Ortiz fails to land with a series of punches.
Ortiz walks forward, straight into a front kick from Snickers.
Ortiz connects with a body shot.
Snickers scores with a leg kick.
Snickers showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ortiz.
Snickers connects with the punch.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Snickers! Ortiz is out on his feet! Snickers rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Ortiz is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Ortiz is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
