The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Lee.

It looks like brian surr has been cut.
surr fails to land the takedown.
Lee throws a series of punches but surr moves out of range.
surr will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lee lands a left and a right that sends surr crashing to the canvas! Lee dives into mount looking to finish!

Lee is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lee is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.

Lee stands up from mount. Strange move.
Lee throws a series of punches but surr avoids them all with ease.
Lee misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
surr takes one to the side of the head.
Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for surr on that attempt.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Lee! surr is backing up but he can't get away as Lee lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops surr and ends the fight. Great knockout.
