The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mtagwa throws a right hand that Dawson ducks under and follows up with a left that Dawson also avoids with ease.
Dawson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mtagwa paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Some wild striking there from Mtagwa.
Mtagwa throws a nice looking combination but Dawson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mtagwa misses with a series of wild punches.
Mtagwa throws a hook but Dawson blocks it.

Nice uppercut lands for Mtagwa. That snapped Dawson's head back.
Mtagwa throws a shot from downtown. Dawson moves away and avoids it.
Mtagwa lands with a nice body punch.
Mtagwa scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dawson doesn't seem bothered though.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dawson misses with a takedown attempt - Mtagwa sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dawson looks gassed!
Dawson ducks right into an uppercut from Mtagwa.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mtagwa takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Mtagwa waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Dawson. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Dawson to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Dawson is rocked!
It looks like Domynyk Dawson has been cut.
Mtagwa stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Mtagwa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dawson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lee Mtagwa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mtagwa drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Dawson right on the button. Dawson goes down! Mtagwa follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Mtagwa gets the win via TKO!
