Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lars Limmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isaias Askan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Limmer kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fucking In The Bushes - Oasis. Askan has chosen Kasabian - Empire as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Isaias Askan enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Askan lands an overhand right.
Askan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Limmer did well to prevent Askan getting side control.
Limmer is trying to maintain the position but Askan is very close to passing his half guard.
Limmer is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Tap or Snap, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Limmer is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Askan is looking to control Limmer's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Askan avoid being mounted?
Askan might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Limmer haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Limmer takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Horrible takedown by Askan or perhaps it was just good defense by Limmer which made him look bad.
Askan shoots in but no luck this time.
Limmer displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Askan.
Lars Limmer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Isaias Askan.
