Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gary Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ejay Justin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ejay Justin acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gary Dunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ejay Justin !
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dunn enables Justin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dunn manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Dunn trying to keep a closed guard but Justin is proving a slippery customer.
Dunn doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Dunn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Justin is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Dunn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Justin defends it easily.
Dunn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Justin is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dunn utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Justin decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Dunn gets tackled into the cage by Justin . Justin maintains the clinch.

Justin manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Justin is wriggling around but Dunn manages to pass to half guard.

Justin is trying to stand up here but Dunn is controlling him well.

Justin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dunn is working away from the top position though.
Justin is doing well to control the position and prevent Dunn from advancing to side control.
Justin flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Ejay Justin has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Justin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Justin is looking to advance position but Dunn won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dunn is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Justin is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Justin throwing shots but Dunn is blocking nicely.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Justin blocks the strikes from Dunn.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Justin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dunn is trying to defend but Justin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dunn avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Justin .
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ejay Justin dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Justin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ground and pound from Justin seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Dunn looks to move to half guard but instead Justin has passed into mount! Damn!
Justin content just to control the position here.
Justin unloads with some shots from mount but Dunn bucks and avoids them well.
Dunn's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Justin throwing strikes here but Dunn is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Dunn is in all sorts of trouble here.

Dunn is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Dunn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Justin stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

Dunn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Justin wants to control from the top but Dunn keeps moving.

Dunn is striking but Justin is not phased and passes to half guard.

Dunn manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Justin wants to improve his position but Dunn is controlling well.

Justin kicks off Dunn and gets to his feet.
Justin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gary Dunn is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Justin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Justin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Justin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!



Justin shoots in and bounces Dunn off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Justin gets to his feet - Dunn follows without any prompting.
Justin throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
enabling Dunn to counter with a crisp jab.
Justin tries a head kick but it misses.
Dunn slips a jab from Justin .
Dunn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Justin circles away.

Dunn doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Justin has closed the distance and engaged Dunn in a clinch.
Dunn tries to circle away but Justin has him pinned against the cage.

Justin pulls Dunn into guard.
Dunn trying to control but Justin is working from the bottom.

Justin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dunn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ejay Justin has got the better of the ground game so far.
Justin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Dunn is fighting to break Justin 's control of his arms but Justin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Dunn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Justin is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Dunn presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Justin is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Dunn can't fight it off and eventually Justin manages to take the fight to the floor. Dunn looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Dunn looks to score with a jab to the body but Justin is just out of range.

Justin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Justin has Dunn pressed against the cage, preventing Dunn from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Dunn tries to pull guard but Justin forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Dunn is trying to pull guard but Justin turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gary Dunn. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Justin using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dunn has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Justin 's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dunn manages to break the clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ejay Justin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Justin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
