The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Lil Choi has been cut.

Nichols lands a big shot that drops Choi! Can he finish him?

Choi is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nichols wants to control from the top but Choi keeps moving.
Choi is still in real trouble! Can Nichols finish him?

The ref stands the fighters back up. Scott Nichols wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Choi throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Nichols tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Choi is in Nichols's guard.

Nichols wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Choi lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Choi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Choi has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Nichols's body.
Nichols trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

Choi is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Nichols with him. Nichols is trying to defend but Choi has an arm under the chin now! Nichols grimaces and is forced to tap out!
