Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Cold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Fittknull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cold throws a head kick that misses.

and Fittknull counters with a big head kick but Cold shrugs it off.
Fittknull goes for a double leg but Cold avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Cold continues to drive forward.
Cold is looking to take this one to the mat.
Cold tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fittknull just stands there and leans against the cage.
Cold is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kurt Cold. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A frustrated look appears on Fittknull's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Cold tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fittknull smiles and moves away.
Fittknull is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Cold shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Cold trying to mount his opponent but Fittknull defends it.
Fittknull is trying to maintain the position but Cold is very close to passing his half guard.
Cold wants to take a breather but Fittknull is having none of it.
Cold is controlling the pace.
Cold seems to be looking for submissions.

Cold is taking a breather. Fittknull says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Cold is trying for a kimura here. Fittknull looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Cold wins by kimura!
