Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hector Hutchinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franz Maurer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maurer comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kołysanka / lullaby kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maurer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hutchinson moves away.
Hutchinson throws a head kick that misses.
Hutchinson takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Hector Hutchinson has been cut.
Hutchinson just misses with a punch to the body.

Maurer moves into the clinch successfully.
Hutchinson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hutchinson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hutchinson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Maurer after a bit of a struggle.
Hutchinson goes for a takedown attempt but Maurer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Maurer clinches up with Hutchinson and pushes him back against the cage.
Maurer tries a body shot but Hutchinson blocks it.
Maurer working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Hutchinson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Maurer smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hector Hutchinson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Maurer takes a swing at Hutchinson's ribcage but misses.

Hutchinson tries to keep at a distance but Maurer has taken the fight into the clinch.
Maurer scores with a shot to the side of Hutchinson's head.

Hutchinson is rocked!

Maurer unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Hutchinson! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Maurer is unloading with more strikes now! Hutchinson drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
