The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Velka rushes Roads and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Roads is trying to maintain a safe position but Velka gets an underhook and turns Roads into the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Roads's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Velka lands an elbow that stopped Roads in his tracks for a moment.
Velka lands a good knee to the midsection. Roads won't want to take too many of those.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Miklo Velka dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Velka takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Roads avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Velka drops Roads with a big knee straight up the middle! Roads is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Roads chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Velka can pounce on him.
Oh Roads is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Roads avoids a kick to the body.
Velka connects with a solid leg kick.
Roads seems to have got his legs back now.
Velka cracks Roads with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Velka, as that shot connected.

A nice leg kick lands there from Velka.
Roads ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Velka moves away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Velka cracks Roads with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Velka has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Roads to stand back up!
Velka Throws a clean left jab. Velka Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Roads's chin! Roads crumbles to the ground and Velka follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Velka!
