Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dante Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Toinby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toinby has chosen Captured as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Richard Toinby enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toinby blocks a head kick by Kai.
Dante Kai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kai misses with a takedown attempt - Toinby sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Toinby shoots in and bounces Kai off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Toinby stands up over Kai, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kai can't keep his opponent in guard - Toinby advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kai wants to get back to his feet.

Toinby is trying to work for a kimura but Kai is defending well.

Toinby thows a huge punch but Kai dodges it nicely.

Toinby thows an elbow strike that misses. Kai gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Toinby doesn't seem too bothered but Kai quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Toinby is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Toinby really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
