The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James moves out of range of the leg kick from Homadaznic.
James keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Homadaznic misses with a shot to the body

and James counters by moving into the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Homadaznic.

Homadaznic has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but James regains guard immediately.

James bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Homadaznic's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Homadaznic has his foot on James's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. James works his way back into a safe position though.

James wants to get up but he can't break Homadaznic's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

and James counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

James connects with a superb combination that knocks Homadaznic out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles James before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Homadaznic!
