PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between NotSo Good (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Imum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Good comes to the cage accompanied by NO RETREAT NO SURRENDER. Imum comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Candy Paint - Ken Tuck kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 14 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Max Imum!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Imum lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Imum takes a swing at Good's ribcage but misses.
Good definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Good tries to bum rush Imum with a series of wild strikes but Imum uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Imum avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Imum throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Good walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Imum is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Good's half guard.
Good has hold of Imum's hands but Imum slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Imum is nestled in close to Good, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Imum thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Good keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Good is trying to escape back to his feet but Imum uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Imum staying calm.

Imum lands some shots froms side control.
Check out the look on Imum's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Good is rocked!

Imum has an Americana. Good didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Imum is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Imum hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
