Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tauheed Epps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice's entrance music is Happy. A fine choice. Epps is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 2 Chainz-Yuck. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Epps throws a left and a right that both miss
and Slice counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Epps!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Slice is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Epps's shoulder. That is not cool.
Slice will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Epps wants to get back to his feet.
Slice moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Slice looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Slice working the ground and pound but Epps is defending the strikes.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Epps can do anything to dispel that myth.

Slice lands a decent elbow from side control.
Slice landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Slice moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Epps wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Slice is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Epps knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Epps takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Slice lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Slice cracks Epps with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Epps is rocked!
Slice creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Epps is still in real trouble! Can Slice finish him?

Slice scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Epps is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Slice can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bubba Slice!
Bubba Slice was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
