The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Lion is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
We've been told by The Lion's head coaches at Elite Training Facility that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Magroin throws a right and a left that both miss.
The Lion tries to close the distance and clinch but Magroin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Magroin throws a right hand that The Lion ducks under and follows up with a left that The Lion also avoids with ease.
The Lion closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Magroin wants to break free but The Lion has control.
Magroin is trying to push The Lion away but The Lion has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
The Lion lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
The Lion lands an uppercut.
The Lion lands a shoulder strike.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The Lion lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Magroin wants to break the clinch but can't.
Magroin tries to circle away but The Lion has him pinned against the cage.
The Lion digs a right hand underneath Magroin's ribcage. Magroin let out a lung full of air as it connected.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, The Lion creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Magroin is rocked!
The Lion creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Magroin's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Magroin drops to his knees and The Lion pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
