The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drimzki shoots in and bounces Mahawi off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Drimzki wants to stand but Mahawi is controlling his posture from full guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mlody Drimzki wasn't active enough on the ground.
Drimzki takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Drimzki, right into the meat.

Drimzki cracks Mahawi with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Mahawi looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Drimzki finish him?

Oh Mahawi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Drimzki shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Mahawi is on queer street and Drimzki is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
