PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Montanner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. On his way into the cage it seems that Tony Montanner has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tony Montanner seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Montanner is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lesnar can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Lesnar is taking a breather. Montanner says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Montanner makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Montanner.
Lesnar lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Lesnar postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lesnar wants to control from the top but Montanner keeps moving.
Brock Lesnar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Montanner is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lesnar is controlling him.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Montanner.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Montanner, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
