Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zander Freyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freyer comes to the cage accompanied by Milquetoast by Helmet. Zander Freyer had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Freyer. No joy for Jones on that attempt.
Jones keeps the fight on the outside.
Freyer fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Jones shoots for a takedown but Freyer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Freyer counters with a leg kick.
Zander Freyer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oliver Jones.
Jones chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Freyer can pounce on him.
Jones fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Freyer avoids it really well and circles away.

and Freyer counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
We've been told by Freyer's head coaches at Sanitarium that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Freyer throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Freyer fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jones has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Jones will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Nice sprawl there from Freyer as Jones shoots in.
Jones drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Oliver Jones has been cut.
Jones looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Jones stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Freyer.
Freyer scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Freyer scores with a nice body kick.
Freyer lands a big head kick that sends Jones tumbling to the mat! Freyer takes a step backwards and waves Jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Freyer cracks a nice hook into Jones's ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Freyer lunges at Jones with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jones's hand.
Freyer thuds a left hand into Jones's body.
Freyer cracks the inside of Jones's front leg.
Jones sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Freyer scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jones doesn't seem bothered though.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jones walks forward, straight into a front kick from Freyer.

A lazy left from Freyer finds it's target.
Freyer thumps Jones with a low kick.
Jones fails with the takedown.
Freyer lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Jones is trying desperately to land a takedown but Freyer is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jones.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Freyer, as that shot connected.
That has opened up Oliver Jones's cut even more.
A jab from Freyer finds it's way through Jones's defenses.
Jones is rocked!
Jones takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Freyer finish him?
Freyer throws an overhand right that drops Jones like a sack of potatoes! Freyer dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zander Freyer!
After winning the bout, Zander Freyer thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
