The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tridant shoots for a takedown but Crawley saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Crawley keeps the fight on the outside.
Crawley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tridant.
Crawley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tridant lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Crawley throws a right and a left that Tridant avoids nicely.
Tridant will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Crawley tries to close the distance and clinch but Tridant swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

and Tridant counters with a head kick. That will keep Crawley thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and Crawley decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tridant's guard.
Crawley would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Crawley is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tridant has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Crawley is looking to defend but Tridant has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Crawley! Tridant pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Crawley taps out and this one is all over!
