Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Didenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex Immers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lex Immers will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Immers dives in and grabs Didenko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Didenko pushes down on Immers's head and hops out.
Nice sprawl there from Didenko as Immers shoots in.
Immers fails with a takedown attempt.
Vlad Didenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lex Immers.
Didenko displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Immers.
Vlad Didenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Immers lands a jab-cross combination.
Immers tries to close the distance and clinch but Didenko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Didenko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Didenko shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Immers's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Didenko is standing up over Immers. Immers looks to escape but Didenko dives into side control.

Didenko in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Immers is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
