Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edison Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammad Al Nasser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pope comes to the cage accompanied by Schoolboy Q - Man of the Year. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Nasser ducks under a wild hook from Pope.
Pope looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Al Nasser shoots in for a double leg but Pope sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Al Nasser clinches with his opponent.
Pope wants to break free but Al Nasser has control.
Pope swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Pope breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Al Nasser dives in and grabs Pope's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pope pushes down on Al Nasser's head and hops out.

Al Nasser clinches up against the cage.
Pope wants to get back to striking at distance but Al Nasser won't allow it.
Al Nasser tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Edison Pope has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mohammad Al Nasser.

Al Nasser drags the fight down to the ground.
Pope has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Pope won't allow Al Nasser to sweep him here.
Al Nasser pulls Pope in close to prevent any damage.
Al Nasser is trying to control the position but Pope postures up.
